The 36th annual Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Halloween Carnival and Haunted Jailhouse presented by the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley, returns Sunday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Matt Nelson, Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Club of SCV, dives into the details of the beloved community tradition, which will include costume contests for all ages, food trucks, face painting, games, vendors, live entertainment and so much more! The theme, which was chosen by the teens at the Club, is “Friday the 13th.”

We also meet Deputy Mariela Picard, the SCV Sheriff’s Station’s newest public information officer. Picard gives a sneak preview of additional fun carnival features, including Dunk-a-Deputy, which everyone can take part in and ziplining for the younger guests.

The cost to enter is a $5 donation. Proceeds from the event benefit the Boys & Girls Club’s valuable programs and services offered throughout its 13 locations.

The SCV Sheriff’s Station is located at 26201 Golden Valley Rd, Santa Clarita, CA. Guests are asked to park at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center and then be shuttled to the station.
