The Newhall School District is gearing up for a busy fall season with a slate of community-driven events the whole family is invited to.

Dr. Leticia Hernandez, NSD superintendent, highlights this year’s State of the District, which will include discussions on early childhood education, language arts initiatives and the role of the NSD governing board.

The State of the District will take place Nov. 4, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Wiley Canyon Elementary School.

Hernandez also gave us a sneak peek at the host of fall activities being held throughout NSD schools, including fall festivals and the always-favorite, trunk-or-treats!
