Bowman High School is transforming the way people view continuation schools. Principal Nina Zamora shines a spotlight on how schools such as Bowman can be an excellent alternative to the more traditional high school for students who are faced with unexpected circumstances, challenges or personal hurdles.

One such student is Antonio Curiel, a 2009 Bowman alumnus and former SCVTV employee. Curiel, a self-described school disruptor, credits the educators at Bowman for changing his perspective and turning his life around. Curiel is now working his dream job with Dodger Nation and looks forward to seeing what the future holds.
