DVD Drop-Off
DVDs may be dropped off 24/7 through the mail slot around back (see diagram).
Be sure to place your DVD inside a padded envelope.
Directions
To reach the SCVTV studio from Los Angeles, travel north on Interstate 5
to State Route 14 (Antelope Valley freeway). Exit at the first opportunity, Newhall Avenue (formerly
called San Fernando Road). Go north (northwest) on Newhall Avenue but stay in the center or right lane
and veer onto Railroad Avenue after you
cross the train tracks. You will see a
traffic signal at 13th Street. Keep going. There is no signal at 14th Street. Turn left onto
14th Street (the only direction you can go). You will see a small shopping center on the NW corner.
The studio is at the back with a separate driveway (see diagram).
Attire
If you are to appear on a program, avoid wearing a red jacket (women) or a solid white shirt (men) or solid black
(everyone) or tight patterns such as herringbone. The cameras don't like them and you will not be happy with the result.
Instead wear blue, brown, purple, green, pastels, etc.
HOWEVER,
if you are to appear against greenscreen, the most
important thing is not to wear anything that is even remotely green. Men, be careful when selecting a necktie; the camera
will see right through your chest if it's got green in the pattern. Continue to avoid solid red, solid white,
and tight patterns, but definitely do not wear green.
