Mayor Ferry to Attend Canyon Country Advisory Committee Meeting
City Officials Also Scheduled to Attend
Mayor Frank Ferry and City officials will attend the Canyon Country Advisory Committee meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the George A. Caravalho Banquet Room, located at the City's Activities Center.
Community members in attendance will discuss issues pertaining to the Canyon Country area with Mayor Ferry. An enlightening presentation on "How to Read Graffiti" will be shown and Rick Gould, Parks and Recreation Director, will provide information on the proposed Canyon Country Community Center.
The Committee will also review the Extreme Neighborhood Makeover program in Canyon Country and accept last-minute nominations for 2009 Committee officers will be accepted.
The Activities Center is located at 20880 Centre Pointe Parkway.
