Volunteen Round-Up for Santa Clarita's 2009 Cowboy Festival
Local Teens Age 11-14 Needed for Exciting Annual Event
The City of Santa Clarita is looking for local teens to volunteer at the City's upcoming 2009 Cowboy Festival. Students, aged 11 to 14, looking to earn community service hours who are interested in volunteering, can sign up to work at the Cowboy Festival on Saturday, April 25 or Sunday, April 26 at the Gold Rush Food Court.
Teens interested in applying must submit a Volunteen form no later than Monday, April 6, 2009. Forms are available at the City's Community Services Office, located inside the Activities Center at 20880 Centre Pointe Parkway.
All Volunteens must attend a mandatory Volunteen Round-Up event on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 7:00 pm. in the Century Room at City Hall, located at 23920 Valencia Boulevard.
