One-Of-A-Kind Art, Music, Food Featured at City's Fine Craft Show
The City of Santa Clarita invites residents to come out for the first installment of the 2009 Fine Craft Show on the weekend of June 13 and 14, 2009. The Fine Craft Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 13 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 14 at Old Orchard Park.
Join fellow residents and art enthusiasts at the event and shop for fine hand-crafted items and one-of-a-kind gifts, including intricate and colorful hand-crafted jewelry, pottery, woodwork, ceramics, floral arrangements and more. Come out and shop for items while enjoying a relaxing weekend complete with jazz music, specialty foods and coffees.
"Attendees can shop for one-of-a-kind pieces of art in a number of mediums at the City's Fine Craft Show," said Councilmember Bob Kellar. "It's a great way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon at one of our great City parks while browsing spectacular, hand-crafted art."
Old Orchard Park is located on the corner of Lyons Avenue and Avenida Rotella. The second installment of the Fine Craft Show will be held later this year on November 14 and 15.
