Downtown Newhall Library Workshop Meant to Refine Plans
Second Workshop to Take Place at Hart Park
On Tuesday, September 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. the Downtown Newhall Library projects second workshop will be held. This workshop will give participants the opportunity to review and give additional comments on the conceptual site plan and architectural direction for the library as discussed at the first library workshop.
"The workshops are a great opportunity for the community to help design a facility that will benefit the area. I encourage all residents to participate in this process," said Mayor Bob Kellar.
The architecture firm, LPA, will be leading this second workshop and will focus on ensuring that the community's ideas and input received at the first workshop are accurately reflected throughout the conceptual design of the library.
The second of three community library workshops will take place in Hart Hall located at William S. Hart Park, 24151 Newhall Ave. (formerly San Fernando Road). Refreshments will be provided at the workshop.
