"Grease" and Audition News
"Grease," that fabulous fifties musical opens on Saturday, July 26 at
the Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons, and it's going
to be THE entertainment experience of the summer! The Santa Clarita
Regional Theatre is proud to present this hit Broadway musical for a
limited run of only 4 weekends, so don't delay, make your reservations
today! There are still a limited number of tickets available for the
Fabulous First Nighter's Club experience: a catered buffet dinner at a
beautiful home in the Woodlands Estates, accompanied by fine wine, and
followed by seats in the Golden Circle at the PAC for the exciting
opening night of "Grease." Golden Circle tickets are $100 each. Call

every Friday and Saturday evening at 8:00 PM, Sunday matinees at 2:00

AUDITIONS for our upcoming productions at the Canyon Theatre are coming up!
MUSICAL! THE BARD IS BACK! Director Leslie Berra will hold
auditions on Saturday and Sunday, July 26 & 27 from 10 AM - 3 PM at
the Canyon Theatre Guild. This show features a large youth cast. All
must be able to play high school students. There are a few adults of
various ages. Be prepared to sing up to a minute of a show tune or
standard. Bring your own accompaniment CD, non-vocal; no a capella
auditions. Wear appropriate clothes for a dance audition. Any

BAD SEED —Director Joe Miele is holding auditions for this thriller on
Monday and Tuesday evenings, August 11 & 12 from 7:30 - 9:30 PM at the
theatre. Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Try to be
familiar with the show. There are roles for 6 males and 4 females,
ages 30-50, and one girl to play approximately 8 years old. She is a
neat, quaint, pretty little girl with a very dark side. Strong acting
role.
