Supervisor Antonovich Hosts Free Seminars on "Shovel-Ready" Public Works Projects
Los Angeles County — Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich and the County of
Los Angeles Department of Public Works (Public Works) are hosting two free outreach
events in June to advise interested businesses about available Public Works projects.
The workshop will provide an overview of doing business with the County of
Los Angeles, identify upcoming projects (i.e., road, bridge, building, airport, flood
control, energy and consulting services), and provide an update on Federal Economic
Stimulus Package funded County projects.
The two outreach events will be held in the Antelope Valley and the Santa Clarita
Valley at the following dates and locations between 9 a.m. to noon, unless noted:
