 Castaic
was rocked by a 4.2-magnitude earthquake Saturday at 7:18 p.m. The
shaker hit 6.6 miles north of the Castaic Lake dam at a reported depth
of 8.9 km (about 5 miles). Initially pegged at 4.5, it was downgraded
about 40 minutes later. Aftershocks continued throughout the
