their own press release, the Acton-Agua Dulce Union School District
knows a charter like Inspire can have only one site outside of AADUSD's
boundaries. Inspire is operating in Duarte, Buena Park, Glendora,
Palmdale and Lancaster. That is five "out of district" sites, not one.
