Marlee Lauffer, spokeswoman since 1989 and vice president since 1994 of The Newhall Land and Farming Co., is leaving the firm to take the helm of the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Foundation and serve the nonprofit hospital as vice president of marketing and communications.
