Economic Forecast Topic of Next VIA Business Luncheon
Economic predictions and perspectives from prominent Santa Clarita business leaders to be featured at monthly meeting
VALENCIA, CALIFORNIA (January 9, 2009) Following one of the most devastating economic years in history, business and industry leaders are understandably concerned with forecasts for 2009. Prominent business leaders will provide insight into the year ahead at the next Valley Industrial Association luncheon on Tuesday, January 20 beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Valencia Country Club located at 27330 Tourney Road in Valencia.
Frank DiTomaso, executive vice president and vice chairman of the Bank of Santa Clarita, Jason Crawford, economic development and marketing manager for the city of Santa Clarita, along with representatives from Colliers International will offer their perspectives and predictions for the next twelve month period.
The January luncheon is sponsored by the city of Santa Clarita. The business luncheon is open to the public. Cost is $40 for VIA members and $50 for non-members.
