State of the Mortgage and Real Estate Industries Focus of VIA Business Luncheon
VALENCIA, CA (August 6, 2009) Fred Arnold, president of California Association of Mortgage Brokers and veteran real estate industry professional, joins the Valley Industrial Association at the next business luncheon on Tuesday, August 18, beginning at 11:45 a.m. at the Valencia Country Club, 27330 Tourney Road, Valencia.
Arnold will discuss challenges, changes and obstacles facing every homeowner in the coming months and years, including the role interest rates will play and predictions for California’s housing market.
This program will also address employee and employer concerns about the availability and development of workforce level housing in the Santa Clarita Valley, along with information about special financing opportunities that may help employees live near their workplace.
The business luncheon is open to the public. Cost is $40 for VIA members and $50 for non-members. Reservations for the August 18 luncheon should be received by Thursday, August 13 and can be made by calling VIA at (661) 294-8088 or by visiting www.via.org.
