It is great to see The City of Santa Clarita being proactive in education, intervention and outreach regarding drugs. Heroin is some nasty stuff and quite addictive. Parents and caregivers need to be diligent by knowing the signs, communicating and interactive with them daily. Know more about wax, bath salts and prescriptive drugs.
