This year the SCV Chamber honors Chairman Fred Arnold, owner of American Family Funding, and Installs their incoming Chairman, Jim Backer, owner of JSB Development. The SCV Chamber of Commerce celebrates 90 Years of the Chamber with special presentations from past chairmen. SCVTV presents video “Looking back over 90 Years.” The 90th Annual Event also celebrates and awards chamber members as well as their graduating class of the SCV Leadership Academy.
