The cause of a plane crash that killed 89-year-old Harry Bell back in 2012 was caused when the pilot failed to recover from a stall that resulted in a spin, according to National Transportation Safety Board investigators. A fatal motorcycle crash over the weekend left one man dead. A hit and run single-car crash early Monday morning in Saugus left one man in serious condition. This is false reporting. The report does not state this. Another idiot reporting something without all facts. There were 2 pilots on board and the NTSB does not know who was piloting the aircraft. They do mention that there was Marijuana in one of the pilots system.
