Vasquez Canyon Road’s fate is still uncertain as a slow moving landslide continues to destroy the road. The Caustic Lake Water Agency announced their new general manager following the planned retirement Dan Mansanada. A 74 year old man is expected to appear in court Thursday after being charged with causing the death of 14 year old Wyatt Savakie as he crossed the street in a marked crosswalk this past July.
