The Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita unveiled the Tree of Second Chances on Tuesday, ushering in a new way for the center to bring hope to survivors.

The tree was sponsored by Jen Gerard, who hopes to give the recipients of the award the opportunity to make their dreams come true.
