City of Santa Clarita | Annual Anti-Drug Symposium

The city of Santa Clarita held its annual anti-drug symposium on Wednesday, August, 23 at 6 p.m. A panelist of three young people shared their experiences stories on drugs with symposium participants. Cary Quashen from Action Family Counseling moderated the discussion panel. The symposium helps to bring awareness to drug abuse in teens and is an opportunity for attendees to gather information and learn all they can about drug use, signs of drug use and the effects drugs have on their lives and the lives of those around them, said the city. Teens Talk Drugs was held at The Centre -Santa Clarita Sports Complex, located at 20880 Centre Pointe Parkway. (c) SCVTV 2016
