Supporters of Measure H gathered at Bridge to Home on Thursday, rallying to raise awareness about the Measure. COC received a grant to launch a First Year Promise program, which will increase opportunities for new full-time college students to achieve their educational goals. The city art exhibit “It’s All in the Numbers” will be opening with a public reception on March 4. The Hanson Family is kicking off the 2017 OutWest Concert Series on Friday, March 24. Expect mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the low 60s and high 50s Friday till Saturday. Television viewers can catch the SCV NewsBreak on SCVTV at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., repeating the following morning at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. SCVTV runs on Time Warner Cable Channel 20 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, and streaming on SCVTV.com.
