PEER TUTORING – We are looking for students on campus who would be interested in becoming a peer tutor in order to earn this much needed community service hours; you can earn hours for this semester, or get a head start for the Spring semester. It is a great opportunity to support your fellow classmates and school community. Please fill out the google form here and see Mrs. Marsh in room 106 with any questions, no later than Sept. 29th!

LET’S DO THIS PRIZES –  Attention students that obtained $100 or more in the “Let’s Do This” fundraiser: The prize distribution day will take place THIS Thursday in the MPR during BRUNCH! Please check the ASB bulletin cabinet on the back of the office to verify the amount you collected. If you see any discrepancies, please check your PledgeStar account to verify, and then see Mrs. Terranova in room 1002 if you have any questions. Please make sure you get to the MPR immediately to get your prizes. The Party N Play day for students that obtained $60 or more in donations will take place on Friday, October 20th. COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITY –  Here’s another community service opportunity. Would you like to help the homeless of our Santa Clarita Valley? You could earn up to 10 service hours with “Family Promise of SCV” Box City fundraising event. It will take place on October 7th and 8th in Heritage Park in Valencia. Registration is online at www.familypromisescv.org/ The entry fee is $25.00 which also gets you a t-shirt. See Mrs. Fulleman at the SV Library if you have any questions.
