Hamid Reza Shariatpanahi, also known as “Ray” has been missing since Nov. 16. He was recently in a car accident and and now is suffering traumatic brain injury and has seizures. He was last seen in the downtown Los Angeles near Union Station.  If you see him call 661-373-9569.
