PARIS DANCE – Attention ALL students attending this Friday’s dance: please note that you MUST bring your ID card with you to the dance or you will be sent to the back of the line. Party Pack members just need to show their ID card to get into the dance; they don’t need an actual ticket since their name is on the list. Doors open at 2:30pm. Backpacks can be stored in the backpack cages of the PE locker rooms. Students will not be admitted to the dance after 2:45pm, so please do NOT leave campus after school if you’re attending the dance. Snacks and beverages will be available for sale, and bring money for the French stuffed crepes food truck that we will be having and the photographer. The dance ends at 4:30pm. Students are NOT allowed to leave early due to safety reasons. Please be sure to follow dress code. Please see Mrs. Terranova in room 1002 if you have any questions.

SHAMROCK COOKIES – IT’S LUCK OF THE IRISH WEEK! For the week of March 12th. to March 16, 2018, come into food service and try our Shamrock Cookies. 2 for $0.75.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES – Today in clubs and activities we have the video game club in room 101 after school.
HONOR SOCIETY AND SSA TRIP – All Honor Society & SSA students who are attending the Field trip to the Museum of Tolerance on March 21st, you MUST sign up for a bus using the google form link. It is provided on the SVLife web page and on my website svcjsf.edublogs .org. Also, there are a few spots still available if you are interested in going, and you can see me if you need a permission slip.
ADVANCED ART – It’s that time of year again! All 7th grade students wanting to take Advanced Art for their elective next year need to fill out the online application on the Sierra Vista website (Current 7th graders page). The deadline is March 30th so don’t delay! Please see Mrs. Etienne in room 1206 if you have any questions.
TRAILBLAZERS OF THE WEEK – Congratulations Trailblazers Students of the Week, Kaylee Guillen and Alexander Jimenez. Kaylee is an impressive and dedicated student. She is kind and such an inspiration to her classmates. Alex is a wonderful, respectful young man. He comes to class with a positive attitude and always gives more than 100%. It is a pleasure having them on our team.
KRISPY KREME – Don’t miss out on your chance to pre-order a Dozen Krispy Kreme donuts for $10, no later than Thursday March 15th, in the ASB window. They will be delivered to our campus on Thursday March 22nd at Open house…and will also available to purchase at Open House. Order forms are available in the ASB window or in room 106.
ASB – Attention 7th graders that would like to apply to have ASB for their 8th grade elective class: there will be a mandatory informational meeting in room 1002 at the beginning of lunch on Wednesday, March 20th. We will discuss the application procedures and responsibilities of ASB students. If you have any questions, or you are unable to make the meeting, please see Mrs. Terranova in room 1002 ahead of time.
