Does that mean the current project must be re-done? The freeways are never built to support future traffic. Remember Congressman Sherman’s six year 405/101 debacle?
Freeway construction is a giant jobs-works program only a politician can love. Sadly, the long term goal is to charge tolls.
NICE!! what a joke! the entire 5 freeway from the 14 north through valencia is a joke!! where can we get updated info on this project? when will it be “BETTER”
Great – our tax money going to subsidize developers. Newhall Land was supposed to help pay fr this since their development is causing it, but I see they got the public to pay again. Its not going to help anyway with the predicted 357,000 car trips a day at buildout from Newhall Ranch
