“Let’s DO This” Fundraiser Prise: Please remember that if you earned $100 or more for the “Let’s DO This” fundraiser, that the prize day will be on Friday, October 26th. There will be more information and details about this to come.

Lost and Found: If you’ve lost something at school, then please come to the Lost and Found Table that will be in the quad during lunch on Wednesday, October 10th. Any unclaimed items will be donated to goodwill.

Club Rush: This Friday is Club Rush. Come to the outdoor stage during lunch to check out the clubs that Sierra Vista offers. Feel free to sign up for clubs that you’re interested in. If you’d like to start a club, please pick up a “Club Charter Form” from the ASB window.

Food Truck Friday: Friday, October 19th, is our first “Food Truck Friday” from 2:30 -3:30 pm behind the fitness center. All students are welcome to stay after school and purchase some delicious food and hang out with their friends. So far, we will be having the LA Donut, Cunchy’s Shaved Ice and Flavored Water, Mexican Chuck Food, Keep on Grubbin – Delicious Sandwiches food truck. ASB will also have music playing, games out and picnic blankets out for attendees. You don’t need to purchase anything to attend, just show your ID card at the entrance. You don’t want to miss out on this delicious event!

Cancer Awareness Month: October is Cancer Awareness MONTH! Sierra Vista has teamed up with LEE Denim Jeans in support of Cancer research! Starting Wednesday, October 3rd, we will be collecting minimum donations of $5 from any staff member &/or student who wants to support this worthy cause. Every $5 donation equals 1 hour of service if you need service hours for a school club/team, but anyone can donate in order to show their support! Each donation comes with a pink bracelet, and all money raised from this event will be donated to the American Cancer Society!  

Activities: Today in Clubs and Activities we have the Fitness Club in the Fitness Center after school, and the Dance Club in the MPR after school.
