CARE Behavior: This week, the teachers and staff here at Sierra Vista are on the lookout for any Plainsmen that are demonstrating the behavior expectation of CARE. When a teacher or other staff member catches you demonstrating the expectation CARE, he or she may award you with a bit of flair to showcase on your back pack or binder. Teachers or other staff members may also award you with a Together We Succeed Ticket. Students who earn these tickets can turn them into the ASB office and will be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a prize. Our raffle is happening soon!
SV ASB: Sierra Vista’s ASB is starting a new tradition to make students feel even more welcomed and valued at SV. Three lucky students will be chosen to have their wish granted by ASB each month. By going to the Sierra Vista Life website, you can click the link, enter your name, D period class number, and a wish you would like ASB to full fill. Please see Mrs. Terranova in room 621 if you have any questions.
Buddy Bucks “Lets Do This”: Our first buddy bucks turn in for our “Let’s Do This” fundraiser, is TODAY during brunch at the outdoor stage, so be sure to bring your signed buddy bucks!

Lost and Found: On September 9th, come to the outdoor stage at lunch and retrieve anything you’ve lost!
Equestrian: Hey Sierra Vista riders! Do you ride horses and show in horse shows? If you have access to a horse and trailer, and like to show either flat, hunters, jumpers, or dressage, come join our returning rider, Jameson Robertson. He who won 3rd place Champion over all the Freshman Jumpers last year. You will compete against students from other junior high and high schools in Southern California. There will be four shows this year on Sundays at Hansen Dam. Please come see Mrs. Sirchia in Room 601 if you are interested.
