The city of Santa Clarita donated 25 recycling bins to Golden Valley High School, with the intention of promoting more recycling on campus and the importance of the act itself.

Mayor Cameron Smyth was there to thank the young high school students for taking action on their campus. Principal Sal Frias, teachers, and other dignitaries were very proud and supportive of the students for their efforts.
