On this segment from SCVTV’s Community Corner, Kathy Gilbert from Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital’s Auxiliary shares how its upcoming line-dancing event, the “Boot Scootin’ & Boogie” event, will help raise funds to continue supporting patient services at Henry Mayo.

The “Boot Scootin’ & Boogie” event will get attendees up and dancing, while also raising funds to help support the HMNH Auxiliary’s mission to provide updated technology and other needs that support patient care.

As the name suggests, guests can dust off those cowboy boots and “boogie” the night away with an evening filled with line dancing, music, food, drinks, games, and more; and it’s all happening at Lucky Luke Brewing Company on June 24, from 6 p.m to 10 p.m.

A $50 ticket–or $75 for two tickets–gets you admission, plus a free drink and a free bandana. All proceeds raised by the Auxiliary go to the HMNH Foundation to benefit patient care services.

The Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Auxiliary boasts memberships of over 100 women and men. All volunteers, members have devoted countless service hours HMNH patients, raising funds that support Henry Mayo’s Mission to improve the health of the Santa Clarita Valley community.
