Pico Canyon’s Principal Michele Krantz discusses the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports program–or P.B.I.S.–which has helped foster positivity throughout their school and how their simplified model has given students the opportunity to thoroughly absorb its concepts. Old Orchard’s Principal Daria Ramirez shares the process of implementing the district’s first Dual Immersion program, where students are instructed in both English and Spanish.
