Lois Bauccio, Membership Chair for Zonta Club of SCV, shares the inspiring story behind the Virginia Wrage Memorial Scholarship and how to apply to it.

The Virginia Wrage Memorial Scholarship gives woman aged 40 and over up to $8,000 to cover expenses for all or part of an educational degree, or career and technical training, after they experience a life-altering event.

Aimed at helping woman achieve independence, the scholarship has helped numerous SCV woman make impactful career changes and achieve independence since its inception in 1995.
