City of Santa Clarita’s Project Technician Lindsay Schmandt discusses the City’s upcoming “Bike to Work” challenge, how residents can participate in it, and the mission behind this program.

The Bike to Work challenge spans a full work week and invites residents to turn to alternative ways to get through their daily commute. While biking is a great option, the City is also encouraging residents to look towards ride share options such as carpooling and public transit.

This year’s Bike to Work challenge will be happening throughout the week of May 13 through May 17, 2024.
