Child & Family Center’s CEO Nikki Buckstead joins us to discuss the Center’s “Purple Walk”, which helps raise awareness about domestic violence issues and also raises money for the Center’s domestic violence programs for survivors.

The Purple Walk Domestic Violence 5K is on Saturday, October 5 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., beginning at the Child & Family Center office.

This inspiring event raises funds for the Center’s Emergency Shelter, services for victims, and other vital programs that help numerous domestic violence victims in the community.
