TMU Theater Arts Director Tricia Hulet discusses their upcoming production of “The Curious Savage”.

This is Tricia’s thirty first play with The Master’s University’s Theater Department, having directed productions each semester.

This Fall’s production of “The Curious Savage” will employ creative blocking and stage craft, a challenge for her students as they learn different techniques of stage production.

“The Curious Savage” follows the story of Ethel P. Savage, an elderly woman who inherits a fortune and desires to give the money away to various people in pursuit of their dreams, despite her step-children’s opposition.

Catch TMU’s interpretation of this classic John Patrick play on weekends, starting October 18 and going through October 26. Tickets are available at TMU’s Theatre Arts’ website.
