The Santa Clarita Man and Woman of the Year organization presents their 2026 Man of the Year recipient, Scott Hoolahan.

A master “fund raiser,” personally raising tens of thousands of dollars over the last six years through encouraging sponsorships, and increasing revenue of most every club legacy event. Scott has strengthened relationships with civic leaders, local business owners, professional organizations and forged new alliances with non-profit organizations in the community to leverage shared values and resources to have a broader impact in the lives of others. Scott was instrumental in merging two local clubs, to leverage the strength of membership to accomplish more together. Scott has worked to implement tools and systems to modernize processes, increase event revenue and drive innovation to deliver more funds to the bottom-line and enable our club to give more, and make a bigger impact to the lives of those we support.

Scott has also facilitated the securing of two College of the Canyons Scholarship programs; two Nursing Students scholarships, four students enrolled in Real Estate Certificate program; and a community grant for Access Athletics SCV, a program providing equipment and financial support for needy students. In addition, Scott is working with a Rotary committee to facilitate a $15000 Rotary International Grant to provide hospital equipment for a small Armenian community overrun by immigrants.
