1) Minor use permit for 2,600 square-foot restaurant with beer and wine service and accessory live entertainment within an existing shopping center located at 25862 Tournament Road;
2) Verizon wireless tower at Southern California Edison (SCE) Transmission Corridor, west of McBean Parkway and north of Decoro Drive;
3) Minor Use Permit to allow for a K-8 elementary school and preschool, as an accessory use to a church (Seventh Day Adventist) with a maximum of 218 students, located at 24436 Valley Street;
4) General Plan amendment and EIR for the proposed One Valley One Vision (OVOV) General Plan area, which boundary encompasses the entire incorporated City of Santa Clarita and its adopted sphere of influence in the unincorporated Los Angeles County areas in the Santa Clarita Valley, approximately 53,000 acres.
