The United States Postal Inspection Service and High Noon Productions have teamed up to create this
critically acclaimed series of short films, "Delivering Justice," to teach you how to recognize and protect yourself against
a wide variety of fraud. Nancy Z. Spillman writes in the August 2006 edition of the Library Journal, "'Law & Order'
move over! U.S. Postal Inspectors packing heat and wearing flak jackets are coming to the rescue." The fraud-prevention
programs were not paid for with postal revenue, but from a forfeiture fund ordered by the court to be used for prevention activities.
The programs are written and directed by Les Rayburn.
Executive producer is Christopher Giusti.
Creative director is Inspector Daniel Mihalko.
Producers include Paul Griffo and Inspectors Michele Culp and Phil Bartlett.
Technical advisors include Jaqueline Buckley, Frank Marion and Inspectors Terry Connelly, Greg S. Crabb, L. Terrance Finley, Jim Harbin, Tim Mahoney, John McDermott and Barry Mew.
