Deputies and firefighters responded to what they thought was a house fire at Hidden Oak Place in Canyon Country on Tuesday. When they learned that there was a potentially armed a suicidal man inside the house, the call turned into an hours-long standoff.

An alleged wrong way driver is being charged with D-U-I according to California Highway Patrol officers after a multi car pile-up left more than a dozen hurt Monday.
