Wednesday night’s storm brought just under a half an inch of much needed rain to santa Clarita. More rain is on the way.

Local church officials are hosting a vigil for an Orange County man who’s been missing for more than six months.

Several Newhall School District are being recognized as some of California’s highest performing public schools by the California Business for Education Excellence.

More than 170 students will perform in the Hart High School Auditorium on Saturday, as part of the Hart District’s 33rd annual Honor Band Concert.

A fun program at the Santa Clarita Soccer Center teaches small children both the game of soccer, as well as the game of life.

Television viewers can catch the SCV NewsBreak on SCVTV at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., repeating the following morning at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.
