Cemex Files Appeal, Median Home Prices Up, & 2 Local Schools are Honored

Cemex has filed an appeal to the August ruling by the BLM canceling their mining contracts in Soledad Canyon.

Plus median home & condo prices have seen a rise over 2014 prices.

Academy of the Canyons & Legacy Christian Academy were honored today as National Blue Ribbon Schools by the Department of Education.

Also tonight the daughter of Actor Paul Walker has filed a lawsuit against Porsche claiming the car maker failed to put adequate safety features in the car her father was killed in late 2013.

Finally 2 local Sheriffs Deputies were honored today by the L.A. County Board of Supervisors for their role in saving a 2 year old drowning victim in Castaic in August of this year.
