Hunters discovered human remains in a remote part of Pine Canyon on Saturday afternoon.

Residents from certain parts of Santa Clarita will be able to vote on Tuesday for the upcoming Hart Trustee Area Districts and for Newhall County Water.

Bridge to Home will be opening its emergency winter homeless shelter for the 18th year on Nov. 23.

Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station will be hosting a “safe shred” event on Saturday so if you have a ton of documents needing destroyed now is the time.
