A 2-year-old girl was reunited with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies who helped return her to her family after she was kidnapped at knife point in Agua Dulce. Officials held a press conference Friday afternoon to award a neighbor named Carlos with a certificate for his help in capturing the suspect.
