The old lot behind Topper’s Pizza in Canyon Country is about to undergo big changes: it will soon be the site of the new Canyon Country Community Center.

Canyon Country residents have been using a temporary community center, but the temporary one is too small.

The new center will be able to host events, have a park, and conduct numerous community programs.

Plans to break ground on the site are set for some time in 2018; the new community center is expected to be completed and open by 2020.
