The self proclaimed pastor and and child rapist, Tony Alamo, has died while in prison. Cinco de Mayo is known for being a day for tacos, good times with friends or family, and maybe a couple margaritas. Volunteers with the “Read with Me” program were honored on Tuesday for their commitment to helping local elementary students. Photographers always know to get the “good side” of their subjects. However for these students, it was a pretty easy job: they photographed animals at the Castaic Animal Shelter. Plus, a look at this weekend’s weather, including an air quality advisory in affect for Thursday.
