The City of Santa Clarita invites local artists, performers and writers to the New Heights: Artist Development Series.

Lisa McHugh is a contemporary watercolor artist and instructor living in Southern California. McHugh studied fine art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and at Otis in LA.

In 2005 she graduated from Columbia College in Chicago with a degree in cinematography. After a short stint in the film business, she decided to go back to her roots as a painter.
