SCV NewsBreak | October 9, 2017: Possible DUI Kills Mother of Six; Bow Wows and Meows; more
|
A mother of six who recently gave birth to a pair of twin daughters was identified as the victim in a fatal crash on Golden Valley Road Friday night. Hodgkins-Haters hosted their third annual Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Many gathered in Heritage Park this past weekend to bring awareness to homelessness in SCV. Furry friends galore came to Hart Park on Sunday for the annual Bow Wows and Meows event. It was a gusty Monday, as winds as high as 55 miles per hour, combined with highs in the upper 70s, prompted both a Wind Advisory and a Red Flag warning from the National Weather Service. Television viewers can catch the SCV NewsBreak on SCVTV at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., repeating the following morning at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. SCVTV runs on Time Warner Cable Channel 20 and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, and streaming on SCVTV.com. |
This is heart breaking. Must we all be intoxicated to survive a crash??? Why is it that they always live? And the innocent die..
