Kicking off this week’s episode of SCVTV’s Community Corner, host Carrie Lujan is joined by guest host Cali Nocella, and we get to know a little more about Cali and her role as the city of Santa Clarita’s Arts and Events Coordinator.

A proud Santa Clarita native and Valencia High School graduate, Cali shares some fun memories of volunteering and performing at City events when she was growing up. After graduating from the University of Oregon, she knew she wanted to come back home and give back to the community that had such a big impact on her life.

Now, as the City’s Arts and Events Coordinator, Cali helps put together some of Santa Clarita’s favorite events, including SENSES block parties, Concerts in the Park, and FestAbility, creating fun, exciting, and meaningful experiences for the whole community.
