The Santa Clarita City Council voted unanimously to approve an expansion to the approved YMCA, a new Senior Center, and age-restricted units in the Five Knolls.

The City Council also approved negotiations with Laemmle’s theaters regarding the construction of a 6-screen art house theatre and residential units in Old Town Newhall.
