Santa Clarita Public Library celebrated five years serving the community with a birthday party complete with lots of cake.

The festivities kicked off at the Newhall Public Library, where guests were treated to birthday cake and other fun activities to commemorate the day.

There were other festivities at the Valencia Library and the Canyon Country Library to celebrate the day.
